There are two plans available for all mutual fund schemes which are:

(i)  Regular plan also known as broker plan and,

(ii)  Direct Plan.

In regular plans, we get commission hence expenses for regular plans are higher than Direct plans where no commission is involved for intermediaries. Because of this, investor’s end returns from regular plans are also little lower compared to the returns from direct plans.

No upfront commission is paid to us. We get only trail commission. That means if a person does a Rs. 10,000/- p.m. SIP through us in an equity scheme where we get 1% p.a. gross commission then our earning from this in the 1st month is just Rs. 84.75/12 = Rs. 7.06 (84.75 being annual earning after payment of 18% GST).

Similarly, if one invests lumpsum Rs. 1 lakh in the same scheme, our earning in the 1st month is just Rs. 847.5/12 = Rs. 70.62.

The rate of commission varies widely. We get gross commission in the following range. From this commission we have to pay 18% GST, manage all our establishment expenses and cost of servicing the clients to arrive at the net earning which is our personal remuneration. We hereby declare that we do not charge any kind of separate fees or collect any kind of transaction charges from any of our client.

We do not offer any kind of cash back or return of part of the commission to any investor and abstain ourselves from attracting investors through temptation of rebate/gifts etc.
